Other than it's a surprise and you have to ask the insurance why and get that info to your doctor, wait for the doctor to get ahold of the insurance to confirm, wait for insurance to decide to get ahold of the pharmacy and wait for the pharmacy to fill the prescription, you mean? As a financial person, you should be aware of how situations like this are at least frustrating, yes?
