How I Time Block: 6am - 8am Creative and Cognitive Tasks (when I have the least amount of interruptions) 8am - 10am Morning Workout + Meet New People 10am - 130pm Calls + Podcasts + Meetings + Fulfill Obligations / Execute Tasks (I use Calendly for time blocking) 130m - 3pm Aerobic Activity Outside 3pm - 5pm Calls + Respond to inbound messages 5pm - 630pm Community Bonding + Sauna + Cold Exposure + Meet New People 7pm - 9PM Dinner + Wind Down + Learn Something New (generally podcasts)
