When my insurance asks me to pick a primary doctor I tend to lean toward women and non-white when all other factors are equal, because I'm certain they had to bust their ass AT LEAST twice as much in med school as the white men.

Uneducated people have no idea what it takes to not only get INTO university but also STAY there and graduate, let alone what it takes to get into med school and residency

Call them a white supremacy hire. Only got hired bc they’re white. We asked for decades to remove race from applications and to do blind hiring so they can strictly go by merit and they reused, knowing they need the other person to know they’re white. 🤷🏾‍♀️
