I’ve noticed that many mainstream Christians label challenging ideas as “other” so they don’t have to engage with them in an intelligent way. To say that’s “Buddhism,” or “Hindu,” or “gnostic” allows one to dismiss truth out of hand as evil. This is the ultimate deception. 1/2
