Allah chose me. I walked into an Islamic bookstore knowing nothing about Islam. I picked up a book, turned to a random page and read a sentence. The sentence were the very words I wrote in my journal the night before. It was about “saving myself from myself”. I remember what store I was in, who I was with, and where I picked the book from. I wish I remembered what book that was, but now I know to open the Quran. I didn’t know that on this day. Alhamdulilah.
