tbh if a company pays more than minimum wage... that's not something to write home about. companies that pay minimum wage or close to it (for the sole purpose of staying competitive, not out of care for workers) basically says they could pay less if they were legally allowed to. baristas are asking for a LIVING wage which can pay the bills, feed a family, is enough for rent.
