Finally flagged down a worker. “No one has asked if I need help,” I said to him. “Well, this isn’t the old days. We have other things to do. You gotta speak up.” “No,” I said. “I’m the customer.” His response: “I don’t like the way you’re talking to me. You’re very rude.” Fortunately, a manager helped me.

Stores would not exist without customers. And while I might first to admit customers are not always right, serving them is priority number one and any other task should be set aside if a customer needs help.
