Femininity is in you not on you, being a "masculine" lady is the behaviors that are embedded in a woman her tone, her mannerisms, attitude etc. Women who are in their masculine do not need to be encouraged to become more lady like because there are women who are naturally feminine. There is no use in trying to change people or break down barriers.

If a woman wants to be feminine she should pursue femininity for her own sake - you don't ever need "the right man" to accomplish that. There's really no reason why she would ever need to be in her masculine energy except for on very rare occasions.
