Anyone else wonder if many women get misdiagnosed as bipolar over Autistic because of autistic Burnout and RSD (rejection sensitivity disorder)? I'm autistic, but my RSD is 'flaring' mightly today and instead of fawn or freeze, I'm getting the fight response. It's out of character for me and could possibly be seen as a beginning of a bipolar manic episode. Because I now have awareness around my diagnosis, I cognitively see, I'm just RSD triggered & working on not lashing out.
