Once we went to send my eldest to university 3 hours away, came back home (6 hours total time) and i was exhausted. He immediately went to cook pasta and went to my brother's house some 40 mins away to play badminton. I was like aren't you tired? Meanwhile i was tired for 2 days afterwards
