The supporting cast, including Eriko Hatsune who plays Toshi Seeger, Pete’s wife, were all well done. I did not detect even a single sour note. The musical performances are stellar. I’m still floored by the fact that they sang direct to camera and didn’t pre-record the soundtrack. They had the benefit of time to learn the music but that is still no small feat. It makes the movie. It’s genuine. It’s heartfelt. And it is a film worth seeing even if you think you don’t like Dylan. Go see it. /fin
