I’ve seen the Oblivious Man topic on threads often, i.e. men walking on a sidewalk toward a woman will not move to the right. Tonight’s issue is a guy gets in my elevator and asks me to hit his floor. I say I can’t, you need your room key. He said just to use mine. I said I can’t. It won’t work. He acted all put out that he had to dig out his key. There are two problems with this… 1/4

Second, don’t ask a woman to give you access to somewhere you shouldn’t be. This is classic toxic male persuasion. You need to realize that is red-flag behavior for us. You are oblivious to how you make women feel unsafe.

I’d get back with the coffees all over me, clothes I was modeling for the booth… No one would ever even move an elbow or fake sword. Until I started walking with the drink carrier held up above the crowd like a food tray. Then, EVERYONE and their swords moved. Why do women have to go the bitch side of things to get any kind of results. I’ve got 8 hot coffees please just move yer stupid sword/blaster/shield/plaster of paris machete. 😵‍💫🫠🙄

It was basically a small apartment complex that had been refurbished for a fun beach stay. Access is granted by a key pad on the door. The access code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. As I was returning from a stroll on the beach, 2 men asked me to hold the door for them. I pulled it shut behind me and continued to my room. I got daggers, but I wasn’t letting them in. I don’t know y’all!

I should have honked, but I was polite. Will probably honk next time.
