I'm as pro luigi as th3 next reasonable person but from what I understood all this security cam footage was of "a suspect" not literally the guy who definitely did it, right? I don't understand the claim that this person doesn't look like luigi therefore luigi isn't him. this p34son was always a 'maybe', right?
