Folks "Unskilled Labor" is simply a label for work that requires little to no ***specialized*** skills, training, or formal education to perform - not that there are no skills involved.
If the tasks can be learned in roughly 2-6 weeks on the job, rather than a multi-year apprenticeship or formal education, then it's "Unskilled".
It's a classification, it's not a frigging insult. 🙄
