一小時內	curious_magpie	I realize this is a snappy "hot take", but I have lived (happily) in a 620 sq ft condo for 15 years and it is not a coffin. Many condos are built to be lived in. Many detached houses are money pits. EVERYTHING is overvalued now, including snobbery.
