Your logic is inconsistent. You claim to be okay with passing on the cost of business, yet you reject application of a credit card fees. You propose raising prices by a flat rate, but as noted doesn’t account for percentage-based credit card costs and unfairly burdens non-credit card users. If you’re ok if costs being passed on wouldn’t transparency be better? Knowing about the fee lets you avoid it and pay a lower rate. I too dislike fee and gratuity creep. Cc usage fees are not a good example.
