He's really not blaming anyone, right? He's stating a fact but yes, choosing 'North India' or 'UP' might not have been smart. That could very well be a Malayalinor a Tamilian cook. But, his point is fair. In the handful of times I've been to Goa (just half a dozen times), getting good Goan food has been a challenge. Even the so-called famous, old Goan restaurants have failed miserably in their fish dishes - imagine that, bad fish in Goa!!
