Being told by people that £150 per month gas and electric, is far too high for a 1 bed flat, and something must be wrong with my supply, even as someone who's home a lot. Then get told their bills are around 60-100 with them using appliances, being home all the time and someone even stated they had the heating on all the time. They're asking me how mine is so high. I'm asking how theirs is so low.

I don’t have the heat on anymore as well it was €300 a week before eletricity and well I cannot afford €340-350 a week alone as connected to my electric bill together 😂

6 小時內	Suzy West craftycatmama	The thing with people say their usage is very low, tends to be people who haven't given meter readings in a long time and are building energy debt. Make sure you give regular meter readings and if you pay by DD make sure its sets at 1/12th of your estimated annual usage printed on your latest bill. They love to over estimate your DD.

Home all day - electricity about £60 a month - gas (LPG so more expensive than mains gas) - about £35 a month. House is kept warm. Are you a top floor flat with no insulation in the loft? Do you keep a lot of older things on standby? Do you heat your bedroom during the day even if you are not using it? Are you running a high powered PC, like a gaming PC that you play a lot? Just trying to help you work out what's what
