I keep reading these posts about people in their 50s struggling to find jobs, feeling on the sidelines because of their age. They advise to gather everything you know and start your own business one way or another. And at 46 I'd love to. I'm non-conformer enough to feel better on my own path. But man, is my impostor syndrome loud! I feel everything I know is known by everyone else, too. I have nothing to offer. How do I get over this?
