Best advice I can give is to also open a Shopify. I learned this the hard way. Etsy is a great tool but also unreliable. I’ve had a shop for a few years and it was disabled overnight, and their customer service is basically nonexistent, so I no longer have it. I would say keep your Etsy, but open a Shopify and place business cards with a link to your Shopify in your shipped orders. That way, return customers can shop directly from you, not Etsy. 🫶🏻
