Because it’s more work u have to do where the traditional braids u just grab and go the knotless there’s no grab and go I have to section the hair and grab about 3/4 times or until ur desire sized and also u see how long them girls getting they braids I still wear traditional still til this day my hair is very thick I would never get them that long pass my butt so everything make a difference I just started braiding them down the my Hips
