I understand these are black culture things, but I don’t think they are making fun of it or being rude… they dressed up like that only because they sing rnb and hippop, witch also are originally from black people. For example, tourists go to Japan and Korea and wear their traditional clothes, hairstyles , but no one would ever blame them because they are just trying to connect with the culture… (BTW English isn’t my mother tongue, so I’m apologies if i use some of the words wrong.)
