As we come to the end of my 30th year of being vegan I just want to say don’t let anyone tell you how to be vegan. We’re just trying to do the least harm to animals and the goal is progress not perfection. Doesn’t matter if you come at it for health, environmental or ethical reasons. It all helps animals in the end. Hope you all have a great 2025. 💚
