Depends on the training. Are we talking fascia based ? Intrinsic?

I am not a trainer, but do like to chip in. In reality, you can't. Your body wouldn't have enough time to recover from your previous training and you wouldnt be able to build any strength due to this as your body first recovers strength to it's previous baseline and only then starts building up muscle for future training

Full body doesn’t mean the same thing everyday so yes you can.
