This is a lie. DoorDash will definitely do this to you and if you complain about more than 2 orders in a week they'll stop refunding you all together. The very last order I placed with DoorDash, it was from a seafood boil place. I got a $30 lobster add on and it wasn't in my bag. They refused to refund it so I called the restaurant, who ended up refunding it, but then I got contacted by DoorDash, who informed me that they were deactivating my account for fraudulent activity. Like... what...?
