Saw this woman just sitting in the wrong lane. MIND YOU……….. She was there for a few minutes before I started recording. Traffic started coming and she continued to just sit there which caused a whole mess. After a certain age I feel competency tests should be given to see if you should still be on the road because I’m tired of seeing y’all’s memaw and poppop confused in traffic.
