Jimmy Carter lost to Ronald Reagan. This was the introduction to trickle down economics and the Moral Majority, both aspects evident today under the GOP, MAGA, Christian Nationalism, and Trump now. It seems relevant today, in that maybe America will see the crap Reagan brought will end in Trump's reign of terror.
