I have one better I had a mortgage with them for 3.5 years every 3-4 months they say escrow was over and then under this went on entirety of loan it got sold and then again 8 years later I paid off mortgage here comes BOA talking about my escrow is short from 5 years ago mail them check for 2200. Yeah ok buddy be blessed FUCK them!!!

Had an inherited mortgage with BofA. They gave me issues after issues paying the mortgage getting it in my name sending paperwork to them several times over 10 years almost got foreclosed on 2 times. Finally got $ to pay off and finally they put it in my name. Never go with them for anything ! Credit unions all the way
