Pay should be for the job. I was hired as a temp at $12.50/hour. A year later I got hired "full time" and my pay went to $25/hour. For doing the SAME JOB.

Later on I got a call from that job asking for me to come back. Told them I only would if they dropped the temp agency and let me come on directly. I got nearly a $4/hour raise
