For me it's the word and prayer, especially praying in tongues. The more you take in the word the more it builds a defining wall between you and the world, also praying in tongues builds up your spirit man over your flesh. When I struggled with pornography I gave up social media, google, certain TV programs and all secular music until I was strong enough in the word and in my spirit to say "" get thee behind me..“ and actually mean it. I stopped hanging around some friends too

One of the biggest things for me was the accountability of my spiritual family to give me radical honesty but the other half of it was to have a deep personal realization of the ROOTS of where it all stemmed from and realizing that Shame was apart of it as well. It such a low frequency and you think Shame deters but in fact it progresses the unhealthy cycle. The deep INTERNAL work and the EXTERNAL accountability was a dual combo. God has helped me but we still have to maintain.
