I had to read a long way through the thread before somebody mentioned standards. I imagine people wonder why they get ghosted by our recruiters but we deal heavily with temporal and geospatial data. The screening gives very clear leading questions about datetime data and if the candidate implies that this is a simple problem, or doesn't mention global standards, it ends there.
