It’s understandable to want to protect your child, but opting for a situation where one parent is absent emotionally or physically is unfair to the child. A child needs both halves—each parent brings something unique that helps shape their mind, values, and emotional well-being. Finances alone can’t fill the gap of a missing connection or guidance.
