The best is that @jetblue’s “help” and chat keep telling me I need to “uncheck” myself in — and there is no option to do so. Just keeps taking me to that same modifications page. I’m now on hold the phone — and the automated system said it’s a 1-2 hour wait. And btw, they get to *charge me* to call them to fix this issue because I cannot “self-serve” online, which is free. Plz fix this @secretarypete— that is insane.

The refund option if for flights that are delayed at least 3 hours (for domestic). It looks like you're delayed 24 minutes, unless I'm completely misreading your screenshot.

It’s only departure or arrival times that are more than 3 hours domestically. It’s not going to give the option for a 20 min delay unfortunately.
