I was on my way home after going to the convenience store for a Sunday paper. It's a bit unusual to have a rainbow this bright in Ohio in December so I stopped for a pic. My phone recorded the time on this as 3:41pm. According to Chip Carter, Pres. Carter passed away about 3:40pm. I feel as if I got to watch him being welcomed in Heaven.
