I am truly not trying to make him look bad. Just the facts, ya know? If he would've spoken to me, maybe I would know what I did, if anything, to upset him? I am pretty self aware, but feedback is important. I guess I don't want to hold any anger. I have my theories about him and why this happened. But that's more private than I want to share right now.

For years I wondered what I could have said or done to deserve the meanness, the coldness, the emotional off switch I encountered from them. Sometimes there won’t ever be an answer. You don’t have to have done anything. It’s incredibly painful and crazymaking and it takes a while to get past. Sending you hugs. Please try to be gentle with yourself.
