My building is a converted warehouse building and when they built the units, they did the absolute bare minimum, so insulation is terrible as is efficiency. They built this place in 2008-09. However, majority of my bill isn’t usage- it’s the “delivery fees” from ConEd which on average are double- triple what my usage is. Example: one of my bills, usage wise, was $30-$35 for both gas and electricity. My total bill with “delivery fees” was almost $200. That was a cheaper month.
