technically we haven't gone through the global nuclear war yet, and with science being thoroughly rejected, there will not be warp drive anytime soon and thus, no first contact. perhaps if you are reincarnated in another 300 years things will have changed but right now I'm afraid we'll be living in "slightly shittier Blade Runner with literally no androids".
