Unfortunately depending on what kind of special ed class you are an aide in, that kind of icky work does come with the job. I’m sure your job description included those duties. There are other jobs within a district like attendance clerk or a liaison that doesn’t do that kind of stuff. Agressive students are a constant problem in all classrooms. Not just special ed.
