Stop making insensitive speculations and trying to blame the pilot while throwing around cultural accusations. It’s been only two days since the incident. Show some respect and wait for the official report.

It’s almost certainly pilot error. Landing gear up flap up is unprecedented. You have double the kinetic energy and lose 80% of your stopping power. Nobody would rush into that, it’s near-suicidal. Former 737 pilot.
