I mean between hospital/outpatient teams and GPs. I've been waiting since December 4th for a letter from one team to my GP so that my GP can add a med to my repeats, but the letter hasn't arrived yet, despite my nudging them on both sides, and my GP won't prescribe the med without the instruction to do so.
