This is a really random question for women about engagement rings. How important is the price a man pays for your ring? Would you care if it was a repurposed diamond from another ring? I really despise the diamond industry and can’t figure out when people are buying new diamonds when there are plenty of them already.

I actually asked for him to get it while it was on sale 😂 How it looked on my finger, having conflict free, ethical, and sustainable stones, and who gave it to me matters way more. I have a moissanite center stone and small diamonds on my 💍 Looks almost the same as a diamond except 🌈 sparkles, and slightly less on the hardness scale and price tag. I think it would be cool to have a repurposed diamond!
