I have 30 patients to see tomorrow. That’s not including new consults I get. If I only spend 10min reviewing their chart that’s 5 hours, if I spend 10min with each patient that’s another 5hr. That doesn’t include all the pages and new consults I’m going to get, doesn’t even include writing notes or placing orders. Damn.
