I can either get better or stay the same. Here are a few ways to kickstart your 2025 new you era!!
1. Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. We all have a day 1
2. Set a short bite sized goal. Example: drink 50oz of water everyday for 1 week
3. Track your progress. Looking back on your accomplishments will keep you motivated throughout your entire journey.
