An air fryer is just a mini convection oven. A liner defeats the whole purpose of the air fryer. The basket allows the hot air to blow all the food, top, sides and bottom. Any liner blocks the bottom air flow. A liner may make for easier cleanup, but it doesn’t cook as well.
