This property used to be an American Legion with a $1 lease for 99 yrs. Somehow or other they went out of business and it was taken over by the owners of several other restaurants in town, injected with a large sum of money and now is a huge Tacqueria with tons of outdoor seating overlooking the bayfront and jetties.
