My sister works at a local staples. They’ve had like 6 people quit in the last four months. She threatens to quit at least once a week. Today the store manager quit. Not because of poor management or anything like that, but because of the people. Apparently our local community treats retail workers like absolute garbage to the point the store manager doesn’t even get paid enough to deal with it.

Here's the kicker, when a store can't retain employees it counters it with a high wage. Customers shoot themselves in the foot in more ways then one then they hate billionaires who provide employment and goods.
