3-5 is ALOT as long as you’re hitting your protein goals you don’t need that much food🫶🏽 our bodies store enough fat and energy that you will survive and you won’t loose anything. Just up your protein in your 2 meals and snack on high protein snacks

Drink your calories! Try shakes with protein powder and added nutrient dense foods like oats and bananas. Also I find that waking up earlier helps me squeeze in an extra meal throughout the day 😉
