Isn’t it amazing? When my husband was first diagnosed, I think he was losing his mind a little every time I’d respond with, “Yeah, that’s your ADHD.” But honestly, embracing our beautiful NeuroDiv brains makes such a difference! 💙😬😬😬

Funking liberating isn’t it! I always knew I had ‘something’ going on. And now I know! Life of course hasn’t been a bowl of cherries but now all of it makes so much sense and I’m actually quite proud that I have survived this long and actually achieved some pretty good stuff!

Spent an hour with my mom unpacking this very thing across 3 generations - it was a very healing conversation for me and I think I helped locate the source of strife between her and her mother.
