The fact that we can literally go in to another department and help out without breaking a sweat but vice versa they can’t kind of makes me gleeful inside. There’s always a specific department that’s always asking for help but their employees keep reminding us they make the company the most money(based on production). Our output is high but everything we do is of a higher complexity so it can take days sometimes weeks for us to crank it out.
