ScotRail may be publicly owned but it’s still hamstrung by the rules of Privatisation. Hopefully if Labour gets their bill through Westminster this may change, hard to know.

13 小時內	A.J. Beetlestone bugrocksaj	Find out just how much the Gov aka Dept of Transp. regulates Scotrail already ..fares, timetables, personel etc This wont change. Only the livery on the uniforms/ trains . There are only about 3 train operators that are fully privatised the rest are a pretence.
